Our billing cycle is 30 days long. When you sign up, your billing cycle starts, and you'll be charged automatically every 31 days for the previous 30 days.
After the initial charge, a new 30-day cycle will begin.
You can change plans at any time. When you switch plans, your invoice will reflect the daily pro-rated usage for each plan.
For example, if you use Plan A (priced at Pa) for 20 days and Plan B (priced at Pb) for 10 days within a 30-day period, your invoice will include:
- 20 days of Plan A: Pa/30 x 20
- 10 days of Plan B: Pb/30 x 10
Yes, you receive a 30-day free trial with any plan. At the end of the trial, you will receive an invoice for EUR 0, and no charges will be applied. No credit card is required upfront.
If you enjoy using our platform, you can enter your credit card details to continue with your selected plan or choose a different one.
You can terminate your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will be charged a final, pro-rated amount for the portion of the billing period you used.
For instance, if you cancel after 10 days in a 30-day billing period, you’ll be charged for those 10 days.
Our prices do not include VAT. For EU customers, VAT will be added to the subscription price on your invoice.
No, the number of active users does not affect our pricing. We focus on helping you define and execute a winning strategy, regardless of user count.
Unlike some competitors, we do not charge per user. We believe the value lies in the quality of your strategy and goals, not the number of users. However, we do set reasonable user limits to prevent misuse and ensure sufficient seats for your team.
